Slavomir Seemann

Slavomir Seemann has extensive experience in controlling, performance management, and accounting within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Group Controlling (Performance Management) at Erste Group since May 2018, Slavomir oversees performance management and controlling functions for Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG. Previously, Slavomir held various leadership roles at Slovenská sporiteľňa, including Head of Accounting/Controlling and Interim Head of Strategy and Quality Management, and worked at Erste Group Bank AG as the Head of IFRS and Group Taxes Competence Centre. Slavomir began a career in finance at Slovenská sporiteľňa, progressing through positions such as Head of Financial Controlling and Cost Controlling. Education was completed at the University of Economics in Bratislava from 1997 to 2002.
