Bernhard Marlovits

Bernhard Marlovits has extensive experience in risk management and portfolio management within the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as Abteilungsleiter Portfolio Management und Riskcontrolling at Erste Group Immorent since October 2012, Bernhard Marlovits oversees overall risk management, regulatory reporting, internal risk reporting, and data management while leading various projects and managing personnel. Previously, as Account Manager for large-scale residential construction at s Bausparkasse from June 2011 to September 2012, Bernhard Marlovits handled comprehensive customer support for both commercial and private residential clients, including financing and property valuation. Earlier experience includes a role as a strategic risk manager at Erste Bank und Sparkasse, contributing to the development of group-wide risk management processes and reporting. Bernhard Marlovits holds an MBA in Real Estate Management from WWEDU Linz and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from WU Vienna. An engineering degree in IT and organization was obtained from HTL Pinkafeld.
