Jelena Stamenković

Jelena Stamenković has extensive work experience in the banking and insurance industries. Jelena started their career as an Insurance agent at Aurum d.d. in 1999 and worked there until 2003. In 2003, they joined Erste Bank Croatia and held various positions including Blockade account officer, Senior blockade account officer, Central documentation officer, Organisation officer, and Senior Organisation officer. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Project manager - Team lead and later became a Project and Program Manager from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Head of Business Analysis Department at Erste Bank Croatia.

Jelena Stamenković obtained a univ. spec. oec. degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Rijeka, from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a dipl.oecc degree from the Faculty of Economics, Rijeka, from 1999 to 2006. Jelena attended the Secondary School of Economics, Bjelovar, from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in project management and business analysis.
