Zrinka L.

Zrinka L. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Zrinka is currently working at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank as the Head of Security Operations & CISO. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as the Head of Cyber Security Risk Management & CISO. Zrinka also worked as a Cyber Security Senior Analyst there. Before joining Erste&Steiermärkische Bank, Zrinka worked as an Information Security Specialist at Raiffeisen Bank Croatia. Zrinka also worked as a Senior GRC Consultant at ZeroDayLab Ltd. and had several roles at Hrvatski Telekom, including Data and Cyber Security Expert, Data and Cyber Security Senior Specialist, and Data&IT/NT Systems Security Specialist. Additionally, Zrinka started their career as an Information Technology Teacher at Medical School Bjelovar.

Zrinka L. completed their PhD in Information Science at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their MA in Information Science and Italian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2009. Zrinka L. completed their high school education at Gymnasium Bjelovar from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2017, Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in 2016, and ISO 27001 Internal Auditor from TUV Nord in 2013.
