Jessica Tiffany

Jessica Tiffany brings extensive experience in project management and organizational culture leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Culture at Erthos, Inc. since November 2019, Jessica has also played a vital role as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Director of Fun. Prior to this, Jessica worked at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included Senior Project Engineer roles in both Business Analytics and Water Operations. Jessica's career began at First Solar as an EPC Project Coordinator, followed by managerial positions at DEPCOM Power, Inc., overseeing field conditions and project coordination. The diverse skill set in engineering, analytics, and workforce culture positions Jessica as a dynamic leader in the industry.
