Sylwia Gulik

Sylwia Gulik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2023, they will serve as the Director of Talent Development at GetYourGuide. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Director Talent and Organizational Development, Europe at Delivery Hero. Before that, Sylwia worked at Zalando SE, where they served as the Special Projects Leader, Performance and Growth, and later as the Talent Management Leader, Supply and Demand, from 2019 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Freelance HR Advisor at Sylwia Gulik Consulting. Additionally, they worked at Amazon as the Principal, Talent Management - Global Consumer from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Sylwia spent several years at Mercer, where they held the positions of Principal Consultant, Talent Practice, and Senior Consulting Associate, Talent Practice, from 2012 to 2017. Sylwia also worked at Avanade as the Manager, Talent Management and Leadership Development from 2010 to 2011. Sylwia started their career at Mercer as an Analyst and later an Associate from 2006 to 2010. Before entering Mercer, they worked as a Consultant at Bernard Brunhes Polska from 2005 to 2006.

Sylwia Gulik completed their undergraduate education at the University of Warsaw from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations. Following this, they pursued further studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, completing a Postgraduate program in European Integration from 2004 to 2005. In 2005 to 2006, Sylwia Gulik continued their education at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, obtaining a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
