Antonio (Tocho) Paramo

Antonio (Tocho) Paramo has a long and varied work experience. Antonio (Tocho) began their career in 1975 as Partner Responsible of KPMG Consulting in Spain, where they created and managed the Management Consulting Department for 20 years. Antonio (Tocho) was also a Member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of KPMG Spain, and a Member of the Executive Committee of KPMG Consulting Europe. In 2001, they became the CEO and Founder of NOMEFIO.COM and the VP Sales & Marketing for Software AG Spain. In 2006, they founded and became a Board Member of ADECUA Real Estate & Construction. From 2009 to 2018, they served as a Board of Trustees Member for Fundación Prodis. During this same time, they were also a Board Member for Best Buddies International. In 2017, they worked as Commercial & Luxury Real Estate & Investments for Keller Williams Coral Gables Coconut Grove. In 2018, they became the VP - Business & Legal for Erudit. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer for IBERTEX LLC, dba NAPAANI ORGANIC.

Antonio (Tocho) Paramo began their education in 1964 when they obtained their Doctor of Law degree from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain. Antonio (Tocho) then went on to obtain a MA in Business Economics from Deusto Business University in 1971. In 1973, they obtained their MBA from the University of Georgia, with a focus in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 1998, they obtained a Master in Strategic Planning from Esade. In 2013, they obtained a Senior Leader Leadership Mastery from Anthony Robbins Platinum Partnership. In 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education from Ted McGrath Partners Program. Finally, in 2015, they obtained a Master in NLP from Dr. Richard Bandler NLP Master. Antonio has also received certifications from the International Coach Federation, University of Deusto, and University of Georgia.
