Tomasz Paczkowski

Tomasz Paczkowski has extensive work experience in the packaging industry, specifically in international production for 20 years. Tomasz has worked as a Project Management & Sales specialist at P.P.H. Tor-Pal Sp. z o.o., where they have managed investment projects for automation and optimization of production processes. Tomasz also held the role of sales leader, taking care of key accounts responsible for generating 80% of the sales value. Currently, Tomasz holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Erum dynamic solution starting from November 2021.

Tomasz Paczkowski pursued their education at Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2000 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a Master of Logistics degree, specializing in Logistics. Additionally, Tomasz Paczkowski has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they completed the Executive MBA program at Społeczna Akademia Nauk. In 2021, they acquired both the LEAN GREEN BELT and Lean 3D Practitioner certifications from Leanpassion.
