Russ Koelzer

Russ Koelzer is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior OSP Designer at Ervin Cable Construction LLC since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Construction Manager at t3 Broadband, overseeing the installation of fiber optic internet and telephone services from May 2017 to November 2018, and as a Technician at AT&T from December 2013 to November 2018, where expertise was demonstrated in the installation and repair of various communication services, including the successful launch of Gigabit service in the Kansas City area. Russ Koelzer holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College and has furthered education at Harding University and Texas Tech University.
