Henrique Almeida

Henrique Almeida is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process design and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Design Engineer at Hovione since April 2022, Henrique previously worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer Consultant at ALTEN from November 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, Henrique held the role of Project Engineer at TechnipFMC from October 2013 to November 2018, contributing to significant projects such as the Marathon Brae Bravo Bypass and overseeing engineering packages for subsea equipment installation. Henrique's career began at Eneragro, Lda, from January 2010 to October 2013 as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on hydroelectric energy in Mozambique. Henrique holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from both Instituto Superior Técnico and Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, as well as a Licentiate degree in the same field from Instituto Superior Técnico.
