Sean Leach has an extensive background in safety management and environmental health and safety (EHS) spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as the Director of Safety at ERW Site Solutions since June 2024, Sean has previously held similar leadership roles, including Director of Safety and Field Inspection & Safety Manager at Able Machinery Movers LLC, and Senior EHS Manager at CRB. Sean's earlier experience includes significant positions at CSG and Oriental Trading Company, where expertise was developed in safety specialization and risk management. Additionally, Sean spent nearly eight years as President of S & A Enterprises Inc, a safety consulting firm. Earlier in their career, Sean worked in outside sales for Total Tool Supply. Sean's educational background includes studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a diploma from Elkhorn High School.
