Susy Caballero Jara

Susy Caballero Jara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional development and project evaluation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Consultora de portafolio at the International Fund for Agricultural Development since April 2024, Susy specializes in project assessments in Latin America and the Caribbean while enhancing knowledge management for greater impact. Concurrently, as Gerente de Institucionalidad at Es Hoy, Susy leads initiatives aimed at empowering business leaders in Peru to foster social cohesion and institutional robustness. With a background in academia, Susy has taught at Universidad del Pacifico and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Previous roles include General Manager at Fundación Niños del Arco Iris, where Susy directed programs for vulnerable children, and as a consultant for various NGOs and institutions. Susy holds a Master of Science in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Universidad del Pacífico, among other academic qualifications.
