Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner joined E&S Ring in 1987, relocating to Los Angeles from Portland, Oregon, where he was involved in the management of student housing for Portland State University. He has been the Portfolio Manager for both fee and company-owned properties. Mark has superior knowledge of building systems, energy usage, and property operations. Mr. Wagner attended Portland State University.

His experience includes all aspects of property and asset management including rehabilitation (often a full renovation) and lease-up, staffing, implementing proper administrative and accounting procedures, preparing properties for resale, and performing due diligence having worked with such institutions as California Federal Bank, Connecticut Mutual, Secured Capital, Kennedy Wilson, and others.
