Scott Seymour

Scott Seymour joined E&S Ring in 1995 and currently oversees six apartment communities with a total of 1,733 units, which includes both company-owned and fee-managed properties. Scott is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, including budget preparation, financial reporting, staff selection, and project completion. He also played an instrumental role in closing down and relocating 120 apartments and more than 400 boat slips for a property in Marina del Rey in preparation for redevelopment.
