Richard Akers

Richard Akers has a strong background in IT and technical operations. Richard started their career at Sage UK as a Customer Support Technician, providing technical support for Sage Payroll 50 and Instant Software. Richard then joined Atos as a Service Desk Analyst and User Admin, where they provided technical support to BBC users and managed incidents. In 2014, Richard joined ES Systems Ltd, where they held various roles including IT Engineer, Senior IT Engineer, Technical Operations Lead, and currently serves as the Technical Director.

Richard Akers attended City Of Sunderland Collage from 2007 to 2008, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study during this period.
