Aneta Marchowska is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager for Commercial Eastern Europe and Germanic at ESAB since April 2021, Aneta specializes in talent management, employee relations, and project management, while also driving initiatives like succession planning and change management. Previous roles include Director of HR and Administration at Hongbo Clean Energy Europe and CEO of Flexcraft Polska, where Aneta contributed to the growth of HR practices and business development. Aneta holds an MBA in HR & Leadership from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University and has additional qualifications in Environmental Health and Safety and a Master's degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University.
