Jody Wenzel

Jody Wenzel has a diverse work experience. Most recently, they have been working at ESAB as a Senior Channel Marketing Leader, where they have focused on enhancing relationships with various customers, negotiating contracts, and creating marketing materials. Before that, they worked at the University of Wisconsin-Extension as a Wisconsin Master Gardener, providing gardening education and assistance to non-profit organizations. In addition, Jody has experience as an Entrepreneur, running a small farm that specializes in goat meat production and selling fresh produce and preserves. Prior to that, they worked at Miller Electric Mfg. Co. as a Product Marketing Manager, overseeing new product development and managing product launches. They also have experience at Kohler Co., where they held various roles, including Channel Manager, Associate Channel Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor, and Team Leader. During this time, they managed retail business, developed websites, created product rollouts, and improved profitability. Jody started their career as a Customer Service Agent and gradually progressed to higher positions, gaining experience in order management, customer inquiries, relationship management, and process improvements.

Jody Wenzel earned an MBA in Marketing from Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they completed a BS in Human Resource Management at Silver Lake College. Jody also holds a Yellow Belt certification in Six Sigma from an unspecified institution.
