Tatiana Vybornova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tatiana started their career at Xylos Informatica Services in 1996 as an HR Manager and IT Training Manager. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at the U.S. Department of State, The USA Embassy in Moscow from 1999 to 2006. Tatiana then joined ABB Russia as an HR Director from 2007 to 2009, and later became an Adviser to the President on Organizational Development and an HR Business Partner until 2011. Next, they served as an HR Director at Alstom Grid from 2011 to 2015, and then as a Compensation&Benefits Leader for Russia/CIS at GE from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director for Russia/CIS at ESAB since 2019.
Tatiana Vybornova holds a Masters degree in Computer Sciences from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University), which they completed from 1988 to 1993. Tatiana also obtained a Certification in Language Interpretation and Translation (English language) from the same university from 1989 to 1992. In 2000 to 2006, Tatiana attended Regional FSI Support centers (Germany, Austria) where they studied Personnel Management, Computer-Aided Job Evaluation, Web PostPersonnel, and Cross-Cultural/Teambuilding. In 2001, they attended the Foreign Service Institute in the USA, focusing on Personnel Classification and Compensation.
