Rinky Siddharthan

Rinky Siddharthan is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Chief Manager HR at ESAF Bank since June 2024, Rinky previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Samhita from February 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, from July 2011 to February 2021, Rinky was Senior Manager of Human Resources at Wadhwani Foundation. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at Staples from 2007 to 2009 and Senior Officer HR at TNT from 2004 to 2007. Rinky Siddharthan holds a degree in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Delhi-NCR.
