Leslie Martinez

Leslie Martinez has worked in various roles since 2014. Leslie began their career as a Lead Student Assistant at California State University, Fullerton, where they provided front office coverage, advised faculty and staff members on employment benefits, and handled specific projects from California's State Control's Office. In 2017, they joined Pulse Cosmetics as a PR/Communications Specialist, where they coordinated between the public relations, marketing, and communications departments, assisted in online presence, photoshoots, social media statistics reporting, and helped create marketing campaigns. In 2018, they joined eSalon as a Social Media Manager and Social Community Coordinator, where they built and nurtured social communities, selected giveaway winners, fulfilled prizes, and curated UGC permission process. Leslie also worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing customer service via phone, email, and chat, assessing client goals, educating them on the benefits of eSalon, and gathering and tracking customer feedback.
