Omid Noorani

Omid Noorani has a wealth of experience in the IT and engineering fields. Omid began their career in 1998 as the Owner of Computers and Electronics Engineering Services. In 2001, they served as an Intern at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a CE. In 2007, they became the Cofounder and Boardmember of YJPLA. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Web Application Developer at Shopit.com and a Lead Web Application Developer at Clear Channel Entertainment. In 2008, they were also a Sr. Database Developer at Hydra LLC. In 2012, they worked as a Technical Consultant and Chief Technology Officer at REVENUE.com. Since 2014, they have been a Consultant at Marina Capital Partners, and since 2013, they have been the Director of IT and Engineering at eSalon.com.

Omid Noorani has an educational background in Computer Science and Mathematics, Biomathematics, and Computer Science. Omid obtained a BS from the University of California, Los Angeles, an MS from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an AA from Santa Monica College. Additionally, they have certifications in MySQL 5 Database Administration and MySQL 5 Development from MySQL AB, Sun, and Oracle.
