Yvonne Huber

Yvonne Huber is an experienced professional in product development, specializing in beverages. Currently serving as Teamleader for Product Development Beverages at esarom gmbh since January 2017, Yvonne also takes on the role of Product Developer in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Product Developer for beverages at DöhlerGroup from September 2011 to December 2016, focusing on recipe, process, and technology development for various beverage types. Yvonne's academic background includes a Diplom-(LM)-Ingenieurin in Lebensmittelwissenschaft und -technologie from the University of Hohenheim, along with research experience in both chemical analysis and microbiological analysis during time spent at the university. Additional educational qualifications include a diploma on the evaluation of volatile components and sensory properties of papaya genotypes from Universidad de Costa Rica and an internship exploring tropical fruit maturation at Universidad del Tolima.
