Alison Rehill Erguven is the Chief Executive Officer of Cenomi Centers, the leading shopping center developer, owner, and operator in the Kingdom since August 2022. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Alison has held various prestigious roles including Non-Executive Director at ESAS Gayrimenkul and Pradera, as well as Acting Head of Commercial Real Estate and Senior Advisor at Brookfield Properties. Previously, Alison served as CEO and Board Director at Pradera Retail Asia, leading a significant team and overseeing substantial asset development projects. A seasoned leader, Alison has also been deeply involved in international asset management at General Growth Properties. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and a B.S. in International Trade from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
