Gary Ballantyne

Gary Ballantyne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gary currently serves as the VP of System Engineering at eSAT Global, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Principal Engineer at the same company from September 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining eSAT Global, Inc., Gary worked as a Contract Engineer at Qualcomm from March 2012 to December 2019. Simultaneously, they owned Wry Smile Limited, where they held the role of Owner from January 2012 to December 2019.

Gary Ballantyne completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Gary then pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, completing their doctoral studies from 1992 to 1994.
