Jerzy Wickowski

Jerzy Wickowski has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Jerzy is currently working as a Technical Architect Team Lead at Esatto since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and Course Creator at DeployAcademy.pl from March 2019 and has been responsible for creating, marketing, and selling online courses to teach people about CI/CD with Azure Pipelines.

Jerzy Wickowski also held the role of Senior Lead Software Engineer at La Française from April 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at assemble from November 2020 to April 2021.

In 2019, Jerzy Wickowski worked at Synergy as a Software Architect/Team Leader where they transformed an unmaintainable application into a stable product and improved the team culture. Jerzy also introduced ongoing refactoring as a way for continuous improvement and was responsible for maintaining, improving, and extending applications made in .NET and React.

Jerzy Wickowski started their career at Select Sp. z o.o. as a Software Engineer (.NET) from July 2009 to February 2011. Jerzy developed desktop applications using WinForms and WPF and worked as part of a geographically distributed team. Jerzy had skills in WinForms, WPF, MVVM, SQL, SqlServer, TDD, and Design Patterns.

Jerzy Wickowski completed their Master of Computer Applications degree in Informatyka from Politechnika Lubelska. Jerzy attended the university from 2006 to 2011.
