Sean Hughes

Sean Hughes is an experienced professional in risk management and environmental enforcement, currently serving as an Environmental Enforcement Officer for Escambia County Board of County Commissioners since February 2020. Previous roles include Director of Risk Management at Healthcare Risk Services, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating safety and risk management consultants and managing potential litigation issues. As a Risk Management Analyst at Insurance Services Resource, LLC, Sean facilitated risk identification and developed assessment methodologies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Managing Partner/Creative Director at Gulfside Marketing Consultants, Inc. and as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army. Sean holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Pensacola State College, an Associate in Risk Management from The Institutes, and has a diverse educational background including attendance at the University of West Florida.
