Toms Lucāns

Toms Lucāns is an experienced designer specializing in eyewear, with a current position as Eyewear Designer at Eschenbach Optik GmbH since September 2022. Previously, Toms worked as a Technical Product Designer at Ace & Tate from October 2019 to September 2022 and as an Industrial Designer at Claessens Erdmann from June 2018 to August 2019. Toms also contributed as a Student Tutor at the MAD International Summer School of Design from July 2016 to July 2022, promoting the integration of design and craftsmanship. Earlier experience includes a role as Product Designer at RIJADA from August 2015 to July 2018. Toms possesses a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Design Academy Eindhoven and a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design from the Art Academy of Latvia, complemented by vocational education in Metal and Jewelry Arts from RDMV.
