Chris Cooney

Chris Cooney is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at ESCO Technologies since September 2023. Previously, Chris held similar roles at Club Fitness and Diagraph, an ITW Company, where responsibilities included employee relations, HRIS management, full-cycle recruiting, and compliance with employment laws. Prior military service as an Infantry Soldier in both the US Army and the Army National Guard contributed to leadership skills and teamwork abilities. Chris also worked as a Patient Care Technician at Mercy, providing support to patients on the cardiac floor. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
