Monika Garg, PhD is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Centre of Excellence HR at Escorts Kubota Limited. Prior to this, Monika held senior HR roles at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Monika also has experience in recruitment and counselling as an HR Executive at Mindmax Education Ltd. Monika holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from University Business School and a PhD in Human Resources Management-Organizational Behaviour from Chitkara University. Monika also holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Chandigarh College of Architecture.
