Sanjeev Mahajan

Sanjeev Mahajan has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Sanjeev began their career as a Management Trainee at SML ISUZU Ltd. and gained exposure to various areas such as R&D, service training, and tractor assembly. Sanjeev then joined Daewoo Motors as an Executive, where they were responsible for body shop assembly line manufacturing and played a crucial role in the ramp-up phase. After that, they worked at Honda Siel Cars India Ltd as a Manager, overseeing body shop manufacturing and leading new model projects. Sanjeev joined Tata Motors Ltd. as a Manufacturing Incharge, where they headed Tata Nano operations and successfully established facilities for initial production. Since 2013, they have been associated with Escorts Limited, holding positions such as Associate Vice President (Manufacturing) and Plant Head - Farmtrac (Escorts). Currently, they serve as the COO at Escorts Kubota India.

Sanjeev Mahajan completed a Certificate programme in Leadership Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2017. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2002. In 1994, they graduated with a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC Jalandhar. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in 6 Sigma (Green Belt) and has served as a jury member for the Confederation of Indian Industry.
