The current leadership team at Escorts has a wide range of experience in many different industries. A few members have experience with Coca-Cola, Hindustan Coca-Cola, Reliance Retail, and Delphi. Others have experience in financial positions such as Financial Controller at Electrolux Kelvinator Limited, Financial Controller at Intron Limited, and Joint Financial Controller at Spectrum Paints Private Limited. The team also has experience in audit with Mehra, Singh & Vishwanath, Chartered Accountants. There is also experience in production line management with Tata Motors and Hero Motors. The current head of marketing and distribution at Escorts comes from Farmtrac North America. All members of the current leadership team have received some form of higher education, either in Human Resources, Commerce, Accounts & Audit, Mechanical Engineering, or Marketing & Finance.
