Clara Viguié

Clara Viguié is a prominent legal professional specializing in intellectual property law, media law, and E-Commerce. As the founding lawyer at Viguié Avocats since March 2022, Clara advises on issues related to trademarks, copyright, designs, and unfair competition. In addition to this role, Clara serves as the co-chair of the Intellectual Property and Trademark Commission at ACE - Avocats, Ensemble, and teaches trademark law at INPI France and ESCP Business School. Clara has been an active member of APRAM since September 2016 and previously taught intellectual property law to journalism professionals at ESJ Paris.
