Claudia Russo Sanjuanbenito

Claudia Russo Sanjuanbenito is the Founder of Portiko since January 2025 and serves as an Associate Professor in Real Estate Consulting at ESCP Business School from November 2020. Previously, Claudia was the City Manager for Madrid at Cohabs from August 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included launching the company in Spain, managing acquisitions, overseeing renovations, and coordinating operations. Claudia founded and directed the Real Estate Association (REAS) at ESCP Business School between October 2018 and December 2022 and worked as a Healthcare Alternatives Real Estate Consultant at Savills Aguirre Newman from April 2019 to August 2021. Educational background includes a Master in Management, Social Entrepreneurship, and Project Management from ESCP Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi.
