Roxana Olaru

Roxana Olaru currently serves as the Student Experience Head of Communications and Project Manager at ESCP Business School, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Roxana worked at ESCP Business School in various roles including Sustainability Coordinator for Madrid and BSc Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator from September 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes an English Teacher at ACORÁN CONSULTORÍA, where learning materials for Business English were created and adapted, as well as an Insurance Support role at IMA Ibérica Asistencia and a Direct/BP Account Specialist at IBM, managing complex contracts and training co-workers. Roxana is pursuing an Executive Master in International Business at ESCP Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, along with a scholarship from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
