Almudena Cañibano

Almudena Cañibano is a distinguished academic professional currently serving as a Full Professor of Human Resource Management at ESCP Business School since September 2013, where significant roles include Scientific Co-Director of the Chair Women in Finance and Scientific Director of various Master’s programs. Additionally, Almudena holds the position of Associate Editor at the European Management Journal and works as a Visiting Researcher at Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs universitet. Previous experience includes teaching positions at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, The Strategy Academy, and the London School of Economics, alongside research roles at The University of Auckland and participation in European Union-funded research projects. Almudena earned a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, complemented by advanced studies in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
