Sebastian Fittko

Sebastian Fittko is the Founder and Managing Partner of regeneration PARTNERS, which assists family businesses, entrepreneurial families, and family offices in developing regenerative business models and impact-oriented investment strategies since January 2025. Fittko also serves as the 2nd Chairman of the Board at the Bundesinitiative Impact Investing, focusing on financing innovations for a regenerative economy, and is an Initiator, Co-Founder, and Board Member of the Initiative regenerative Marktwirtschaft. As the Executive Director of GITA - the Global Impact Tech Alliance, Fittko promotes the impact tech community. Other significant roles include Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Motherland, Academic Advisor and Senior Lecturer at ESCP Business School, and mentor for international impact startups at both the Westerwelle Foundation and Katapult Accelerator. With a diverse educational background, including a Master of Arts in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University and a Diplom Designer in Industrial Design from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Fittko has demonstrated a commitment to leveraging technology for social impact.
