The Project Management Team at ESDC Inc. is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within the oil and gas sector. They ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining a client-first approach. Led by the Project Manager and supported by the Manager of Project Management and Project Support Administrator, the team coordinates cross-functional efforts, manages stakeholder communications, and mitigates risks to achieve strategic project goals.
