A passionate marketing professional who consistently steps outside his comfort zone, Sandipan is an MBA with more than 22 years of qualitative experience in marketing, including B2B and B2C. With expertise in developing the Complete 360 Marketing strategy, GTM Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing communication, Digital marketing, ATL, and BTL activities, as well as campaign management, content management, Event Management, Ad Campaigns, Market Research, CSR activities, Promotional activities, OOH, Public Relation Activities, Corporate Communication, and Media Management. Before joining ESDS, he worked with well-known organizations like Allen’s Laboratories, Nippo, Airtel, Essar Spacetel (now Vodafone), Reliance Telecommunications, Reliance Communications, and PIX Transmissions.

He established Nippo as the No. 1 Brand in Bihar & Jharkhand in terms of RMS and CMS and helped to grow revenue exponentially during 2000-2004 in Bihar Circle. He also has successfully launched various products of NIPPO (Battery/Torch), Glide (shaving products), & Nuby (Baby care products), and Salora (TV) range of products in Bihar, Delhi, and Kolkata.

Apart from launching Airtel Brand (Project Shikhar) in Jharkhand in 2005, he was instrumental in enhancing Reliance GSM service‘s Brand Visibility across Jharkhand and thus reached the highest TOMR and ITP amongst all Telecom Service providers. The critical stakeholder for Reliance Telecom’s Project WIN, where services expanded to 662 new locations in Jharkhand during 2007-2009, he has launched GPRS service to 3G to 4G services across various locations in India. He introduced and owned the E2E (End to End) Business Model across Bihar and Jharkhand. Sandipan developed Hybrid product Model (Post in Prepaid model) in Essar Spacetel (Hutch/Vodafone). As a Reliance’s Marketing Team member, Sandipan oversaw Advertising, Media, Events, Campaigns, Content, Brand Identity, and Digital promotions. He was part of high pitch campaigns -be it Brand, Product, and Celebrity endorsement and Facebook joint activities. He was a part of the Reliance Famous Brand Makeover project. He developed a complete Marketing strategy (Traditional +Digital) for PIX Transmissions for the USA, Latin America, Europe, Russia, and Africa, apart from India. He was instrumental in developing a Mobile app for Automotive and Industrial segments. He developed a multilingual website for PIX Transmission. Rural promotions like Nippo Gram Utsav and Rang Bharo Competition (school project), recognized as the best Innovative BTL activities in Nippo and Sandipan, got wide applause from Japanese Management. He was awarded many times in Nippo, Airtel, and Reliance for various Marketing Strategies, Campaigns, and ATL /BTL activities. He handled Top most International and National agencies like Rediffusion Y & R, Leo Burnet, O &M, Mudra, Grey, Madison, Group M, Hukuhodo percept, Milward Brown, IMRB, Nelson, and various National PR & OOH agencies for Strategic and Operational activities.

His present focus is to create a Sustainable Marketing ecosystem and strategy for Digital Orchestration and Marketing Supremacy through various collaborations, campaigns, and incorporation of Global best marketing practices. In addition, he wants to execute different adaptive strategies that prove marketing’s value to ESDS Software Solution Limited.
