Zachary Dolesky

Mr. Dolesky brings strong transaction experience and a proven ability to complete private equity and capital markets transactions. He is one of the youngest people in the history of the Toronto Stock Exchange records to be the Founder of a Capital Pool Company, a publicly-traded acquisition corporation. He has previously served as a Merchant Banking and Venture Capital Associate for a high net worth family office that has completed hundreds of millions of dollars of venture capital transactions around the world on the private and public markets. Zachary was also the founding team member at a Canadian investment company with over fifteen portfolio investments. Mr. Dolesky holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Simon Fraser University, completed education in Finance at the National University of Singapore, and holds a pre-MBA certificate from Harvard Business School.
