Prior to that, Hendrik held various leadership roles at Emma - The Sleep Company, where Hendrik led innovation and product excellence initiatives. Hendrik also has experience in commercial due diligence and transaction services at Deloitte Deutschland. Hendrik has a strong background in business administration and economics, with a Master's degree in International Economics & Governance from the University of Bayreuth.
