Aran Matier

Aran Matier has a strong background in legal and privacy roles. They started their career at BlackBerry in 2008, where they held roles such as Senior Manager - Privacy and later transitioned to Senior Legal Counsel. In 2019, they joined eSentire as the Director of Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer. They were recently promoted to the role of Chief Legal and Privacy Officer at eSentire in September 2021.

Aran Matier has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree from the University of Toronto Mississauga. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
