From there, they joined Cyient as a Senior Business Development Associate, where they supported various teams with account management, new business development, and marketing strategies in the rail transportation sector. Midhun also played a key role in proposal development and executing digital marketing campaigns.

In 2020, Midhun worked as an Analyst at RBC, where they focused on transformation and portfolio management. Midhun then joined UofT Hatchery as an MBA Connector, where they helped with marketing and business development.

In 2021, they moved on to Goodszilla as an Associate Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing activities. Midhun then joined Achievers as a Product Marketing professional, leading go-to-market initiatives for two SaaS products. In 2022, Midhun joined eSentire as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where they developed the go-to-market strategy for various products and services, including Microsoft Security Services, Network Security, Incident Response, and Managed Risk Services. Midhun also trained internal teams on product value and created educational materials to boost product adoption.

In 2023, Midhun took on multiple roles. Midhun became a Founder and Marketing Consultant at Impatient Marketing Inc., where they provided marketing consultancy services. Midhun also served as an Advisor at topmate.io.
