J.paul Haynes

J. Paul Haynes has had a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. J.Paul started their career as the President & CEO of EVER America Corp. from 2000 to 2006, where they oversaw the North American subsidiary of EVER TEAM SA, a leading ECM software vendor. From 2006 to 2008, Haynes served as the Chief Operating Officer of Versa Systems Ltd. and then as the Chief Executive Officer of Medshare, focusing on customer service in the home healthcare software sector.

In 2008, Haynes held multiple roles simultaneously. J.Paul served as an Advisor at Omazo Ventures, helping early-stage entrepreneurs realize their potential. J.Paul also acted as a Director at AnyWare Group, a venture-backed startup specializing in remote access and authentication solutions for the healthcare sector. At the same time, Haynes assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Coreworx Inc., a provider of a Project Information Management Platform for capital projects in oil and gas, mining, and nuclear industries.

Haynes went on to become a Founding Director at ACETECH Ontario in 2004, a non-profit organization offering programs for CEO education and networking in the growth-oriented, IP-based technology companies sector. J.Paul also held a Director position at Communitech Technology Association from 2007 to 2008.

Since 2010, Haynes has been involved with eSentire, a market leader in Managed Detection and Response services for mid-sized enterprises, based in Cambridge, Ontario. J.Paul started as the Chief Executive Officer and later became the President & Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company's operations and leading its Active Threat Protection services.

Throughout their career, Haynes has demonstrated a track record of effectively managing diverse teams and driving strategic growth initiatives.

J. Paul Haynes has a diverse educational background. J.Paul completed a Certificate in Technology & Communications from The Wharton School in 2018. In the same year, they also participated in the Quantum Shift Program in Entrepreneurship at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Furthermore, in 2016, Haynes attended the Thayer Leader Development Group at the United States Military Academy at West Point for an Executive Training Program.

In terms of their higher education degrees, Haynes earned a Master of Science in Chemical/Bioprocess Engineering from the University of Guelph in 1988. J.Paul had previously completed a dual degree program consisting of a Bachelor of Science in Water Resources/Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from the same institution between 1982 and 1987.
