Leslie Marinaro

SVP, Customer Success at eSentire

Leslie Marinaro is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at eSentire. Leslie has over ten years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.

Leslie began their career at BlackBerry in February 2009 as a Technical Process Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for driving the re-design of business processes, preparing detailed documentation, and leading weekly sessions to identify process and tool improvements.

In their six years at BlackBerry, Leslie became the lead analyst on designing and transitioning the organization from two defect management solutions to a single defect management solution. Leslie also played a key role in the creation and generation of executive level metrics.

In March 2015, Leslie left BlackBerry to join eSentire as the Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the success of eSentire's customers by ensuring they are satisfied with the product and services. Leslie is also responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies.

Leslie Marinaro has a BBA in International Business from Brock University. Leslie also has certification from Growth Molecules, LLC in Level 1 Customer Success Foundations and Level 2 Customer Success Advanced. In addition, they have certification from Communitech Academy in Strong Leaders and Growth Molecules, LLC in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Leslie Marinaro reports to J. Paul Haynes, President & Chief Operating Officer.
