Syed Sadman Safat Hossain

Syed Sadman Safat Hossain started their work experience in 2020 as a Technical Support Intern at MetLife Bangladesh. In this role, they provided various levels of support, including on-site and remote assistance, debugging network issues, and troubleshooting software. Syed Sadman Safat also resolved help desk tickets and handled the installation and maintenance of company software and operating systems.

Afterwards, they joined Adipster Tech Limited in July 2020 as a Software Engineer & Operations Coordinator. During their time there, they developed an automated data entry system to enhance productivity and reduce recording time.
