Zeeshan Mulk

Zeeshan Mulk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zeeshan began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Niko Video Rental, where they focused on sales, customer service, and database management. Zeeshan then worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Mount Allison University from 2005 to 2008, where they supervised laboratory sessions, conducted research, and presented findings at conferences.

In 2009, Zeeshan joined Rogers Communications as a Blackberry Technical Support representative, handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Zeeshan maintained a high level of customer satisfaction by quickly identifying solutions and documenting interactions.

From 2012 to 2018, Zeeshan worked at VMC and Keywords Studios, primarily in quality assurance and compliance testing roles. Zeeshan demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in identifying and reporting defects, led functional and compliance projects, and provided training to compliance testers. Currently, Zeeshan is employed as a SOC Analyst I at eSentire, where they investigate and analyzes events generated by network and endpoint services. Zeeshan utilizes investigative tools to aid in investigation efforts.

Zeeshan Mulk attended McGill University School of Continuing Studies from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a Certificate in Cyber Security. Prior to that, they studied at Mount Allison University from 2004 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Physics and a minor in Mathematics. In 2007, they briefly attended Saint Mary's University, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during that time.
