Matej Gadomsky has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within sales, marketing, operations, and customer care. Matej is currently the Vice President of Global S&M Operations and Customer Care at ESET, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Care and S&M Operations at ESET from April 2016 to February 2022. In this role, they provided leadership for customer care, global processes, PMO, business planning & reporting, and the back office team. Matej was also responsible for defining and executing the management framework of the S&M division, driving tech support standardization and enablement initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Before joining ESET, they held various positions at Manageria, Soitron a.s., Dell s.r.o, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining valuable experience in training, project management, operations, recruitment, and HR consulting.
Matej Gadomsky earned their Mgr degree in Management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave between 1996 and 2001.
