Rusti Dyals is the current Director of EH&S at ESFM USA. Rusti has previous experience working as an environment, health and safety manager at american technical ceramics and as a senior safety and health engineer at rayonier advanced materials. Rusti also has experience as an ehs compliance specialist at crandall corporation.

Rusti Dyals attended Eastern Kentucky University and earned a bachelor's degree.
