Sheik Ayube is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in driving sustainable growth across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at ESG since 2017, Sheik Ayube plays a pivotal role in shaping company strategy and evaluating business development effectiveness. Previous experience includes positions at Paycom as a Regional Sales Executive, where collaboration with C-suite executives focused on reducing G&A expenses, and at ServiceSource as a Senior Sales Representative managing key accounts and fostering client relationships. Earlier in the career, Sheik Ayube held the role of Operations Manager at Independent Solutions, overseeing staff and compliance in support of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Sheik Ayube holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
