Tanish Pratap is an accomplished professional with a strong background in growth strategy and investment, currently serving as Head of Growth at ESG Flo. Tanish has held significant roles in energy and mobility investments at Elemental Excelerator and has extensive consulting experience at Bain & Company and Monitor Deloitte, progressing from Business Analyst to Consultant levels. Tanish began the career as a Project Intern at IBM.
